St. Paul’s assists a community of Anglican nuns in Luwinga, Malawi—one of the poorest countries of the world—that is building an indigenous African religious community that ministers to its own people in ways appropriate to their culture. The Sisters are focused in particular on the needs of the children, including Malawi’s many AIDS orphans. The convent’s Orphans Choir is shown above together with Sr. Jane.
